Austin, Texas Photography Locations
These are a few of my tried and true locations for photo shoots in Austin, Texas. Some of these locations require a booking fee that is additional to my photography fees.
Sekrit Theater
1145 Perry Rd, Austin, TX 78721
A local legend and East Austin gem. The Sekrit Theater grounds include a Green House, Tiny Home, New Orleans Porch, Front Gardens, Lounge Bus, Goldfish Pond, and Backyard with Chandelier Tree, and Vintage Ford Truck. Sekrit Theater is a fantastic location for surprise proposals and engagement sessions.
Booking fees vary but start at $150 per hour.
The Contemporary Austin - Laguna Gloria
3809 W 35th St, Austin, TX 78703
The Laguna Gloria is a stunning venue for Engagement and Bridal sessions. To book this location an additional fee is charged by the venue for professional photography sessions.
All bridal, family, engagement, and lifestyle portraits: $150 per hour. Photography sessions include admission for a photographer, a photographer’s assistant, and the subjects of the photography session. Any additional guests must purchase an admissions ticket for entry.
Circle C Ranch Metropolitan Park
6301 W Slaughter Ln, Austin, TX 78739
This sweet park has a great variety of photo locations and is a local photographer favorite. Lots of parking and looks great in every season.
Zilker Botanical Gardens
2220 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78746
The Zilker Botanical Gardens make a stunning spot for portraits and offer a wide variety of locations throughout the different gardens.
A photography fee of $50 will be required with professional photoshoots and all portraits such as wedding, graduation, or quinceañera pictures. This fee covers the photographer and admission for one individual. Additional admission to the gardens will be required for any additional guests.
Downtown Austin Parking Garages
Downtown Austin has a variety of easily accessible parking garages for a more urban look. Some garages you can enter for free on foot, others you will have to pay to park usually $20-40 depending on events happening at that time.
Natural Light Greenhouse Cottage
Cedar Park, Texas
This location is super dreamy with tons of natural light in a greenhouse outfitted with antique farmhouse windows. Perfect for a sweet family session or maternity session.
This location can be booked on Peerspace for $95 per hour.
